Over the course of my career, I've led revenue teams at companies ranging from early-stage startups to established mid-market players. I've been a VP of Sales who lived through unpredictable pipelines and end-of-quarter heroics. I've been a RevOps leader who built the systems that made those heroics unnecessary. And I've been the consultant brought in to diagnose what broke — usually finding the same three or four root causes every time.
